Please allow 5-8 weeks for delivery. Shipping for orders over $150.00 before tax, are eligible for FREE shipping. A flat fee of only $25 is charged for orders under $149.99. 

We currently ship to Canada. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote outside of Canada.

CARE

To maintain the beauty of your rug, we recommend vacuuming without a beater bar. Refrain from running the vacuum over the edges of the rug. Brooms are also an effective and gentle way to clean debris. If necessary, spot clean spills immediately with a small amount of dish soap mixed with water. 

Please note that the underpad comes in standard sizes. We have matched your rug with the best possible fit, and trimming of the underpad may be required for ideal sizing.
